简介
张蔚,讲师,特聘副教授。浙江省生物信息学会人工智能专委会成员,浙江省自动化学会成员,主要研究领域为计算系统生物学,致力于多模态生物医学数据挖掘和基于网络视角的生物调控网络建模与优化(AI in Graph)研究,研究兴趣包括但不限于:多模态数据挖掘、复杂系统的参数估计、复杂网络推理与因果建模。2019年于浙江大学获得博士学位,2019至2021年在浙江大学智能系统与控制研究所从事博士后研究,方向为计算生物学,2021年9月加入浙江理工大学计算机学院(人工智能学院)。累计发表相关学术论文18篇,其中SCI收录9篇,并获得授权发明专利3项。
Zhang Wei, Lecturer, Distinguished Associate Professor. He is currently a member of the Artificial Intelligence Special Committee of Zhejiang Bioinformatics Society and a member of Zhejiang Automation Society. His main research field is computational systems biology, and he is committed to the research of biological regulatory network modeling and optimization (AI in Graph) based on multimodality data mining and graph theory. Research interests include but are not limited to: biological data mining, parameter estimation, complex network reasoning and causal modeling. He received the Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University in 2019. From 2019 to 2021, he was engaged in postdoctoral research in computational systems biology at the Institute of Intelligent Systems and Control, Zhejiang University. Since September 2021, he joined the School of Computer Science and Engineering(School of Artificial Intelligence), Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. A total of 16 related academic papers have been published, of which 8 are included in SCI, and 1 authorized invention patent has been obtained.

从事生物数据挖掘算法和系统辨识理论研究,构建机器学习模型从基因表达数据、网络拓扑数据等挖掘新模式和规律,分析节点之间因果关系,探索网络内部信息流与系统动力学特征之间的关联,服务AI+生命健康、智慧医疗领域。
Engaged in research on biological data mining algorithms and system identification theory, constructing machine learning models to mine new patterns and laws from gene expression data, network topology data, etc., analyzing causal relationships between nodes, and exploring the relationship between information flow and system dynamics.
